My practice includes treatment of children, adults, couples, families and groups. My specialties include working with children to address academic, emotional or behavioral challenges. Additional areas of expertise include working with premarital counseling, couples to increase relational satisfaction, hypnotherapy, career planning, addressing issues unique to the lesbian, gay and bisexual population and conducing bariatric pre-surgical evaluations.

I maintain an exuberant approach in guiding clients toward emotional, social, spiritual and professional success. My practice utilizes research-validated therapy and coaching to direct growth in individuals, relationships, family life and career.
