Finding the right therapist is the first step towards healing and the relief of your pain. A trusting relationship is the essence of effective treatment. You need to feel connected and understood in order to share your internal world. My empathic capacities will enable you to feel safe enough to explore the problems which have hindered your life and relationships. I use psychodynamic methods to establish a caring professional relationship that will allow us to understand your pain and work through your difficulties.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with advanced post-graduate training in relational psychotherapy and psychoanalysis and in trauma studies. I have worked with a broad range of individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and have particular expertise in individual and trans-generational trauma, immigration and acculturation, anxiety, depression and relational issues.
I am bilingual and can conduct treatment in both English and Hebrew.
