Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP)

- This is a one-day workshop for engaged, newlyweds or married couples to learn strategies that will help you build and/or enhance a wonderful relationship! - Both members of a couple should attend all sessions in order to practice newly acquired skills. The workshop is free to active duty members and their family.

Nestled in the beautiful California hills, these retreats offer couples the opportunity to relax and stroll among firs, redwoods, pines, etc. This is an ideal setting for a romantic get-away.

- TRICARE beneficiaries are encouraged to receive care from their military treatment facility (MTF), when available. If services are not available at the local MTF, beneficiaries may seek care from a TRICARE-authorized behavioral health provider. Outpatient psychotherapy (licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or a family therapist) is limited to a maximum of two psychotherapy (counseling) sessions per week in any combination of individual, family, collateral, or group sessions. Pre-authorization is not required for the initial 8 visits.
