These events can leave us feeling stuck and can stir about emotional charged events from the past. I like to offer a space to explore the events and how they are impacting your life. In session, I bring a gentle curiosity to help uncover and process events to bring you into balance and deepen your relationship with yourself. When we deepen the relationship with ourselves we can have a deeper, more meaningful connection with our world and the people within it.
