TR Counseling & Wellness is a private practice conveniently located in Woodbridge CT off the Merritt Parkway. TR counseling & Wellness currently employs five masters level Licensed clinicians providing therapeutic services to children, teens, young adults and adults.
The therapists at TR Counseling & Wellness are a culturally diverse group of professionals with expertise in Addiction, Anxiety/Panic Disorder, Depression, Grief and Loss, Trauma/PTSD, Relationship Problems, Behavioral issues with Children/Teens, issues within families and life transitions.
The therapists are considered generalists, treating most conditions, and have an eclectic approach to providing therapy with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
