I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping clients create meaningful change. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative—I work with you to build on your unique abilities so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life.
I graduated from UC Berkeley and completed advanced training at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Yale University, and Columbia University. Throughout my career, I’ve taught at institutions including Stanford University, Columbia University, and the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). For 15 years, I served as a Clinical Associate Professor (affiliate) at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I currently serve as a Distinguished Professor at CSPP at Alliant International University.
