Facility Description: Of One Mind Behavioral Health, Addiction and Educational Resources is an Intensive Outpatient Program offering individual treatment options for adolescents, young adults and their families. Our caring, research-based program is designed to teach young people how to change destructive behavior and improve the quality of their self-esteem and relationships. Our approach includes individualized treatment in a structured, nurturing environment encouraging both personal growth and responsibility. We individually tailor services for teens and their families based on comprehensive psychiatric, psychological, and educational assessments. Of One Mind offers several levels of treatment based on the need of the individual.

Intensive Outpatient Program:
After-School Program for Teens and Young Adults; Individual, Group, Family and Multi-Family Therapy; Dual-Diagnosis Treatment; Individual Treatment Planning and Case Management; Parent Support Groups; Addiction Treatment and Education; On-Site Drug Testing

Therapeutic Services:
Crisis Intervention; Psychiatric Evaluations; Individual, Family and Couples Therapy; Sobriety, Academic, and Life Skills Coaching; Medication Consultation; Psychological Assessment

Educational Resources:

Additional Comments: Our treatment team is lead by Of One Mind founder, Richard B. Cohen, LMFT, MAC, CCBT, CDVC. Richard is a renowned psychotherapist, master addictions counselor and educator, and award winning treatment program developer who has been a leading innovator of mental health services in Southern California since 1975. The supportive clinical staff at Of One Mind offers a broad range of expertise. Our multidisciplinary treatment team of mental health professionals includes a medical director, psychiatrist, social worker, therapists, chemical dependency counselors, educational consultants, and a yoga instructor.

We are dedicated to helping teens and young adults with co-occurring disorders resolve psychological and chemical dependency issues and behavioral problems. Our goal is to help our clients and their families resolve underlying issues, abstain from addictive patterns, achieve emotional and educational wellbeing, and reintegrate into home-life, the community, and school or workplace.
