Many of my clients are patients, family members, loved ones and caregivers facing the emotional issues around chronic illness--MS (Multiple Sclerosis), IBD (Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis) COPD, Asthma, Diabetes, or other chronic conditions.
My style is interactive and empathic.
You and I will draw on your life experience and my professional and personal work to identify the tools that best help you move forward.
You can recover a sense of value, direction and engagement in your life, regardless of your challenges!

To maintain both physical and emotional well-being, all sessions are by teletherapy at this time. We will use a HIPAA compliant video platform or we can work by phone. It works well and there is no stress around parking!
