Practice Description: |
Hello, as a neurodivergent and devoted Christian therapist with a diverse cultural background, my goal is to skillfully enter your world, gaining insight into your life, thought patterns, and social construct, in order to help you make the changes you'd like to see. My practice can be seen as "support and intervention" reflecting my belief in providing sincere and objective care, as well as practical solution based approaches. Whether I'm working with ADHD, trauma, anxiety and depression, or addiction (including to pornography, games, or any other high-dopamine activities), I will bring you specialized intervention and support, backed by years of expertise and lived experience.
I offer trauma-healing through Narrative therapy, experiential therapy, and S.A.F.E. EMDR - all of which is free of new-age influence, and available for all ages, 6+.
With couples, I get straight to the point. Expect intervention-based approaches and experiential techniques that are sure to empower a shift toward humility, openness, and responsiveness towards one another.
In working with teens, I specialize in offering discipleship and mentoring-based counsel. With children, I engage their world with curiosity and art-play creativity, spending therapeutic time with them, collecting observations, and bringing in behavior-modifying techniques that are adapted to your family values, as well as their personality and learning style.
You are invited to make a booking with me through my website - after your booking, you'll be prompted to fill out an intake form which will give me some background into yours or your child's life and current situation, which will help me prepare for our first session together, ensuring that it is as fruitful as possible! Feel free to email me if you'd like to learn more about my approach or have any questions about how we could best work together!
