It's been a hell of a year and it feels like a good time to try some new tools for weathering the storm.
I specialize in working with adult men who want to get to bottom of their challenges and map out an improvement plan. I take a low pressure, casual approach to help you sort things out and strategize. You'll get a customized treatment plan and individualized tools and resources so that you can get to work on becoming who you want to be.
My approach is trauma informed, multiculturally conscious, inclusive, and involves continually receiving training and professional development to stay up to date with evidence based practices. I offer online therapy throughout Colorado and outdoor therapy in Longmont, Broomfield, and the surrounding areas. A limited amount of in-office counseling sessions are also available in Broomfield.
