I manage a psychotherapy practice group of 14 therapists, serving clients across the lifespan from childhood through older adults, individual, couples, and family. We take a highly individualized approach to treatment, encouraging our clients to view their current adversity as an opportunity for positive change. Challenge and hardship can stimulate significant growth, and often act as a catalyst for a much needed review of choices and assumptions. Life is full of difficult transitions, and change is the only constant.
We develop a treatment plan and approach uniquely suited to your specific concerns and circumstances, and employ frequent check-ins throughout the process to assess effectiveness. Fostering open communication between client and therapist facilitates the transparency and responsiveness we find to be most effective in life in general.
