- Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) Support Group Community - Provides support to individuals, their friends, family, and colleagues who suffer from anxiety and depressive disorders. This community is moderated by staff and supporters of ADAA.
- Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) - DBSA online support groups give people living with depression and bipolar disorder a safe, welcoming place to share experiences, discuss coping skills, and offer each other hope.
- Mental Health America (MHA) Support Group and Discussion Community - The MHA Support Community connects patients, families, friends and caregivers for support and inspiration through the Inspire platform. Members of the community can post questions and receive support from other members.
- NAMI's Online Discussion Groups - Here you can find support, share knowledge, ask questions and meet people who have had similar experiences.

Local Support Groups
- Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) - The nation’s leading patient-directed organization focusing on the most prevalent mental illnesses – depression and bipolar disorder. It has a grassroots network of more than 1,000 patient-run support groups across the country.
- National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) - NAMI is a nonprofit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organization of consumers, families, and friends of people with severe mental illnesses. NAMIs 1200 affiliate organizations provide local services, support and other opportunities for consumers and their families.
