Practice Description: Life has many challenges. It's how you grow from your past that defines who you are in life. You may feel alone, misunderstood, and unfulfilled with your life or personal relationships. Perhaps you're having intense negative emotions. People typically enter therapy when they are in distress, although it's usually the long-term and underlying struggles that concern them the most. Initially, we will work quickly to address your immediate pain and provide relief. As therapy progresses, our focus may shift so you develop more positive and enriching relationships with yourself and others.

My therapeutic approach focuses on the interpersonal dynamics that impact your daily experience. I focus on helping individuals become unstuck from depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and intense negative emotions. In therapy we look for the behaviors, attitudes, and patterns that protected you in the past but no longer serve a purpose. I try to observe closely what you are saying and not saying in session, and freely share with you what I notice. This process allows you to gain a better understanding of what's preventing you from living a more fulfilled and satisfying life.

Fee Schedule: I currently accept all insurance plans with out-of-network benefits and private pay. If your insurance card says “PPO” or that you have “out-of-network benefits” and you are unsure what the copay/coinsurance would be, please contact me directly.

Please call for fees regarding testing as the cost varies depending on the testing.
Accepted Insurance: Out-of-Network
Insurance and Billing Instructions: I am also an out-of-network provider for many other insurances and you may be able to obtain a partial reimbursement for therapy. If I am an out-of-network provider for you I will supply you with a "Super Bill" at the end of the month and you can submit the clam to your provider. The same level of risk for using your insurance is assumed when you use a "Super Bill." Prior to going this route it is important that you understand your insurance provider's mental health benefits, cost per session, the number sessions covered, and the amount your plan covers for out-of-network providers.
