I believe that clients are experts in their own lives and have the ability to play an active role in their own path to wellness. I am trained in a variety of theoretical orientations and do my best to work with you to identify your individual needs and develop a unique treatment plan that fits best for you. I am a big fan of incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT and out-of-the-box thinking in order to help clients experience relief from symptoms.
I have worked primarily in rural communities which has led me to work closely and creatively with my clients to achieve their goals with limited access to means and resources. I believe everyone has the strength within themselves to find inner peace and my job is to walk alongside you and help you.
