 | I am currently seeing individuals and couples in both Maryland and Washington, DC through virtual sessions. |
Life and relationship stress can make it difficult for us to show up authentically in our relationships and be present in our lives. We may feel stuck, confused, and worried about dealing with our challenges. Sometimes we don't know how to respond to our stressors in ways that allow us to feel good about ourselves and that move us forward in our relationships and life.
I help my clients to see themselves more clearly in order to make meaningful changes that increase their self confidence and improve their relationships. I help my clients build skills that help them to let go of unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I help individuals and couples to create more intimacy and passion in their relationships. I use differentiation based and strength-based therapies.
