My approach to therapy is strengths-based (discovering your strengths which leads to building your resilience), and I employ every possible technique to support your growth in a holistic way. Together, we can explore identity issues, discuss relationship issues, reduce stress from work or trauma, work on ongoing recovery from addictions, and so much more.
