Practice Description: |
The world is alive, and if we listen, we can hear. I approach therapy with this understanding, and I encourage clients to listen, to symptoms, to dreams, to the ancestors, to images, to intuitions, and to life encounters. I specialize in working with racism, racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, and medical trauma. I work with clients through symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss and I use the tarot and archetypes, writing, dream exploration, and talk therapy with clients.
