My training and over 25 years of clinical experience is diverse, addressing issues relating to relationship problems, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, grief and stress. In addition, I offer two women's groups, an anger management program and training in stress management and assertive communication. I am a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor and a Certified EMDR Therapist. EMDR is one of the most effective treatments for PTSD and is often used with complicated grief issues. Counseling services are $85.00 per 50 minute session. There is a reduced fee for pre-payment of four sessions. |

I file insurance for Tricare (military) and Health Choice (Oklahoma State Employees insurance). The majority of my clients pay per session and I provide a paid-in-full statement which can be submitted to the client's insurance company for direct reimbursement, if counseling services are covered. I accept all major credit cards and Flex accounts with Visa or Mastercards |
