I provide coaching and psychotherapy services to adult individuals who are in life transition and provide treatment and counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation issues, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and career pivots.
Trained at the Johns Hopkins University as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), recognized as a Board Certified National Counselor (NCC), and certified as a Career Coach through The Academies, I merge knowledge around mental health and life planning to empower clients in reaching their goals.
Together we'll collaborate as you recognize your strengths, gain insight into limiting beliefs, and learn new life strategies for more fulfillment, confidence, and happiness.

I am a licensed professional; therefore my services qualify for reimbursement under most insurance plans. You will be provided with a receipt for services with all of the necessary coding for you to submit. I am an out of network provider and do not process insurance paperwork. If your provider requires additional documentation from me, I will be happy to assist you. |
