Are you feeling stuck, anxious, frustrated, disappointed, or depressed? Are you in the midst of a life transition like starting or finishing college, changing jobs, ending a relationship/divorce or relocating? Change is a part of life and you don't have to do it alone!
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy and choose to show up authentically to the virtual therapy room. I work to provide a safe place to explore burdens, seek self-awareness, and learn the tools to live fulfilling lives. I am a proud Ally of the LGBTQIA+ community!
The therapy modalities I utilize the most are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT Skills (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT Skills (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). You can expect to learn the tools that you need to manage the big emotions that often come with change (unexpected and expected).
