Many of the mothers I work with convey that although things may appear fine from the outside, internally they feel as though they're falling apart. They experience exhaustion, overwhelming emotions, and a sense of loneliness, even when surrounded by others. They yearn for a stronger sense of control and understanding. I personally understand the difficulties of navigating motherhood while battling with anxiety, guilt, and self-doubt. You invest your heart and soul into being the best possible mother, yet sometimes it seems like it's never sufficient. Does this resonate with you?
