 | Due to the impacts of COVID-19, I am offering in-office and teletherapy options, but strongly encourage teletherapy at this time* *For in-office sessions I follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning and screening procedures, social distancing protocol, and provide hand sanitizer & masks if needed. |
I offer individual, intimate relationship, & family therapy. I am proud to help provide the safe and supportive environment, with the appropriate professional training, as a Gender and Sexual/Affectional Minority (GSM) inclusive therapist.
My personal therapy approach is attachment based and integrated. I value therapy that evolves to meet each person's unique needs. I am collaborative, process experiential, and humanistic, with a systemic lens.
My formal training includes a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in LGBTQ+ Couples and Family Therapy. I work to maintain a current and knowledgable practice by actively pursuing my training and education.

While this means you are responsible for full payment, I can provide the necessary documentation your insurance provider requires for out-of-network reimbursement which may help cover your costs!

I offer self pay, out-of-network, IMPACT Solutions (EAP), and Medical Mutual options.
