Life can feel overwhelming and exhausting. There are times when everyone could use some guidance and help. Many people have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, and distress due to childhood or adult issues or from the difficulties, challenges, and pressures of everyday life. Psychotherapy and counseling is a way to examine a person's life story and to assist them in identifying how past and current thought processes and experiences affect relationships, decision-making skills, coping skills, and personal well-being.
Many people are seeking meaning and healing for their lives. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and develop goals that are specific to their individual needs. I utilize an integrated approach to assist clients in identifying and building upon their personal strengths. I assist clients in developing coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and positive thought and behavior patterns.
I provide therapy and counseling with a calm and accepting approach. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
