Through these challenges and transitions, you may experience depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. You may not know what to do or how to reduce these symptoms. Reaching out for help through a supportive therapeutic relationship with me can be a positive move that will help you understand yourself better and improve your life.
I strongly believe that an important part of effective therapy is a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. This relationship can provide an opportunity to explore difficult emotions and experiences – both past and present – and give you a chance to learn new skills. You can deepen your insight and begin to resolve longstanding conflicts that may be getting in the way of personal growth.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive, confidential, and collaborative environment. I use highly personalized approach treating the whole person, not only the symptoms, to help you identify your strengths and build upon them.
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and substance use. I have training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused treatment, and substance abuse.
