Tools For Success Counseling Services is committed to providing professional clinical treatment that addresses the social, emotional and behavioral needs of children, adults, and families in crisis. We work collaboratively with individuals served to help them advance toward improving the personal strengths and communication skills necessary for maintaining healthier more productive lives.
Tools For Success Counseling promotes self-evaluation and personal accountability in program development and service delivery. Services are provided in a safe and confidential environment.
I have been helping people in the human services field for over 13 years, and providing psychotherapy for the past 5 years. I have gained experience while working in a multitude of settings that include; residential, detention centers, public schools, child protective services, court, hospital, mental health, insurance/disability, and crisis centers. I earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 2001. I received a Masters in Clinical psychology also from the University of Massachusetts with an emphasis in applied behavioral analysis (ABA). I am currently a member of the American Psychological Association.
I make it a priority to continue to gain diversity in my experience working with an array of clients who present with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and career issues among others. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), as well as licensed social worker (LSW).
