 | I offer teletherapy that is easy to access through the Jane App. If you decide to have an in person session I ensure to sanitize between session, wear a mask, and practice social distance. |
I believe that at some point or another, we've all experienced something that has changed our life. That's why it's important within my practice to develop a space where you feel safe and supported. I want to create a strong therapeutic alliance - one where you have a voice and a place to be your authentic self. Everyone has the capacity to be resilient and I want our sessions to foster this inner strength.
Our time together is ultimately your time. Whatever you'd like to get off your mind. I'm happy to assist in any number of ways. I take an integrated approach, using trauma-informed practice, neuro-sequential model of therapeutics, expressive arts, somatic therapy, narrative approach, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, sandtray therapy and EMDR.
I have over eight years of experience working with children, youth, and families one-on-one and in residential settings. I have worked for various non-for-profits within the city such as, The Alex Youth Health Center, Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter, and Hull Services.
