Practice Description: |
 | During these trying Coronavirus circumstances I am offering sessions via Zoom or phone. Zoom sessions are a virtually effective option regarding psychotherapy. If you provide to me your email address, I will send you an invitation to join a therapy session at the agreed upon day and time. You simply click on the Zoom link at the appointed time and we are face to face, Just like at my office. |
I believe that your emotional well being and your relationships are important. When they are out of balance it can cause a myriad of problems including depression, anxiety, inability to cope with important areas of life, and even your physical health.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to give immediate relief by correcting faulty thinking and changing unhealthy behaviors and patterns. I believe the past affects the present, so I will work with you in a safe, caring, genuine relationship to explore the past as it relates to issues in the present through psychodynamic therapy. Through this special therapeutic relationship positive change can happen in your personal growth and in your relationships.
