Practice Description: |
 | I am seeing clients in my office and have implemented special practices to keep us both safe (disinfecting, hand washing, physical distancing) |
All of us have problems during various seasons of our lives and could benefit from some additional assistance. Most people who enter counseling are well-functioning, competent individuals who are seeking help with difficult problems in their everyday life. Relationship conflicts, job stress, financial worries, emotional concerns, and family difficulties are common in our complicated, fast-paced world. Sometimes just trying to balance all of the demands in our lives can be too much to handle and leave us feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, frustrated, or lonely. If you are feeling stuck or experiencing obstacles that are preventing you from being able to fully enjoy your life, therapy is a great way to sort through these issues and bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. Let me help you improve your emotional well being, enhance your ability to engage in relationships, and empower you with the tools necessary to take control of your life. Additional Comments: |
I have the luxury of bringing my dog to work with me. Izzi is a sweet and friendly mixed breed that I got from a local rescue organization. She brings much love and joy into my office. My clients say they look forward to coming to session to see Izzi and that she has a calming effect on them. |
