Practice Description: "Something we were withholding made us weak until we found out it was ourselves" (Robert Frost)
Do you long to feel more alive and present in your life, closer to those you love? Are you thriving, enjoying passionate relationships and fulfilling your unique potential, or are you disconnected from your own power? Do you long to come home to yourself, to become your own best friend and feel hope and momentum even after your first session?

If so, I heartily invite you to let me help you break through your inhibitions and reconnect to your genuine, vibrant, loving core self; to join forces with me and activate the healing wisdom of your soul. Together we'll work hard, succeed in making personal life changes and celebrate with laughter!

My approach incorporates a group of experiential short-term therapies and is grounded in Attachment-Based Psychodynamic Theory, Neuroscience and Biophysiology.
I am highly interactive and employ precise, down-to-earth techniques that integrate brain, soul, heart and human connection. These innovative techniques have been shown to produce profound and lasting results.

Post graduate trainings in EMDR, Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and NLP provide me with a unique blend of effective interventions that accelerate the process of change and healing. I work with clients from all walks of life who are experiencing problems such as depression, anxiety, explosive anger, grief, trauma, distorted body image, unfulfilling relationships and more.
Having lived in Europe, I am familiar with and sensitive to cross cultural issues and speak German, Spanish and French.

Finding the best therapist match for you is important, so please, shop around. Feel free to also talk to me by phone as a next step in our getting further acquainted. I welcome contact from even the most hesitant initial inquirer!
