Are you struggling in your relationships? Constantly worried and burned out? People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some of my clients are going through difficult times at school or work, or just find themselves constantly tired and wishing their life was different. If you’ve never seen a therapist before, not to worry! I make therapy an adventure so we can explore your thinking and communication patterns, your values and fears, and all sorts of topics to help you get on a path that feels better.
I specialize in treating anxiety and relationships issues, and work with adults, children, couples, and families. My approach is warm and non-judgemental. We’ll see how you’ve managed to get yourself this far, your strengths, and what you can change to improve your situation. You will learn new skills to help you feel your emotions healthily, manage unwanted thoughts, and connect with people positively.
I provide teletherapy and in-person therapy in downtown San Mateo with convenient, low-cost parking.
