I am offering tele-therapy/phone sessions during this COVID-19 Pandemic. This option is also available throughout the year. I am currently accepting new clients. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. My office number is 847-205-9760
Session Formats: Individuals
Practice Description: As an interactive, cognitive behavioral therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and understanding, I help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues using a Cognitive Restructuring Approach.

With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they’re striving for. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths and achieve life goals.

Therapy is about personal growth. The process of therapy seeks to answer two main questions: what can you learn about yourself from the experience you are having and how can you use the insight you gain to move forward. I can guide you through the process of discovering your own strengths, and together we can expand your options so that you can make the best possible decisions. If you decide not to change the patterns in your life, you will have gained a better understanding of yourself and the new insight will lead to self-acceptance, which can translate, into peace and harmony.

I work to build a meaningful relationship with each client and use a combination of theoretical approaches geared toward your personality and your needs, which I would share with you openly. I am a "straight-shooter," and I will always let you know where I am coming from with my strategy for your progress
