Practice Description: |
Are you feeling like you are just maintaining, stuck, empty, or not living your life to its fullest potential? Perhaps you are struggling with your life path, a certain relationship, and not sure how to get back on track or change its direction? You may be so wrapped up with work, parenting, etc. that you have forgotten to tend to yourself. You may know that you are not connected authentically with who you are and how you are meant to be, but feel overwhelm or confusion as to how to proceed in your true life direction.
Therapy facilitates self-discovery by unpacking one's story, finding where you are stuck, and then working toward realigning you with your genuine self or establishing a new path. We work together to enhance your life and meet your goals. My clients have described me as down-to-earth, direct yet empathetic, insightful, knowledgeable, and genuine.
Thank you for reading about my practice. My therapy practice is a group practice where each therapist has a specialty. Feel free to contact me and if I am not an expert in your area of need, I can refer you to the therapist in my practice who is. Please contact me so we can discuss your needs. At The Counseling Place at Lone Tree and Castle Pines we offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation. I look forward to connecting!
