Life can be difficult. It throws us challenges when we least expect it, and sometimes we can overcome them but other times we cannot. I am here to help you get through this difficult time in your life. As you share your story, you will find that I am compassionate and nonjudgmental. However, I will also provide you the life skills needed to overcome the obstacle affecting your life. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, which helps you change your negative thoughts and actions into productive patterns. This in turn will improve your mood, your relationships with others and overall self-esteem. I strongly believe in working together as a team, so the treatment will be tailored to you, your needs and your goals. I've been a therapist for over 20 years and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in many different settings, so I believe my vast experience will help you reach your goals. We will go through your journey together.
