Practice Description: |
 | The last year has been stressful for a variety of reasons. I can help you to feel better and sort things out. |
The privilege of my work is helping clients on their personal journey towards peace, freedom and change. I am devoted to supporting the courage and growth that results from a client's commitment to therapy. I offer a safe space and unconditional acceptance as you embark on your journey.
In addition to being a psychotherapist, I’m a published researcher and best-selling author. Since 1991, I’ve authored pioneering books and studies about mental health, alternative therapies and communication in relationships. My work has been noted in publications all over the world. I specialize in integrating natural remedies into therapeutic treatment.
My integrative approach to therapy was developed through my extensive education and experience, including a Masters and a Ph.D. in Psychology. This multi-disciplinary approach enables me to approach issues from a truly holistic perspective, helping the people I care for to feel better faster and appreciate lasting results.
I do everything I can to make my clients feel safe, comfortable and welcome. My counseling style is distinguished by intuition, compassion and optimism. I provide my patients with the highest quality of confidential treatment in a serene retreat like atmosphere whether in my office or online. I hope to see you soon. Meanwhile, I wish you safe journeys.
