Depression, anxiety, and trauma can be overwhelming. I am a licensed psychotherapist/psychoanalyst, trained to help those experiencing such difficult feelings. I also specialize in conditions identified as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. Please contact me for an initial consultation. Your comfort as a client in working with a therapist is important. Our initial meeting will give us a sense of our compatibility.
Key to my practice is the client/therapist relationship. Each person is unique, having a specific story. In working together, we come more clearly to understand the meanings that your story holds, and discover ways for you to live that life more fully.
Each of us has life experiences that afford us a particular perspective. Among my life experiences are training in spirituality, education, social work and contemporary psychoanalysis.
