Practice Description: My therapeutic philosophy is to help my clients first and foremost, regardless of the particular life challenge that may be overwhelming. My clients can learn to embrace self-love, self-acceptance and most importantly peace of mind. Speaking with me will give you the unique opportunity to build a more consistent positive self-image.

My treatment approach of choice is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Human beings are creatures of habit. We are sometimes" programmed " to respond to life's disappointments with guilt or anger. By exploring thought processes, and behavioral patterns, we can learn where the undesired behavior/thought patterns become problematic, disruptive and discouraging. CBT helps breaks these patterns, and opens the mind to replace old habits of negative thinking into thoughts which are clear, directed, and motivational.

You will find that I am a genuine and caring professional who has your best interest in mind. I provide a compassionate, nonbiased and healing environment where you can feel safe to be yourself. We will set goals together, create realistic, attainable, and effective strategies to reach those goals, and follow through to ensure that therapy is working.
