MY FOCUS is on developing you to become more successful in your relationships, in your work, and in taking up your own authority in attaining your deepest life goals.
Anxiety, depression, acting out anger, difficulty with authentic communication, are patterns that derail you from finding your true self. Learning to explore your own embodied inner experience in the present moment is the beginning of a journey into your deep self.
I offer specific personal life skills that help my clients become more able to feel alive and present, to communicate better, to feel less anxious, depressed and likely to react in anger.
I offer a focused path of inner exploration tailored to reach YOUR goals.
I offer MEN'S GROUPS that empower men to connect deeply with themselves and with others. I help them deal with negative patterns of communication that spoil success and ruin relationships, and tackle the universal problem of MANAGING ANGER.
I work with COUPLES to help them identify NEGATIVE CYCLES, and to learn to build positive patterns of authentic communication so they can stay focused on the deep journey they want to have together.
