If you are in emotional pain you can find relief in your first session. Most clients have drastic improvements within 4-8 weeks. My work is non-judging and compassionate. Our work is directive, goal oriented incorporating customized tools to meet your needs. These include : EMDR, Cognitive Therapy, Meditative work, Supplements for mood can be explored, mindful and meditative approaches, intuitive exploration of core patterns, prayer ( as requested) and healing grief.
About Me: I enjoy meditation, spiritual contemplation, biology, physics, sports, nature, hiking, reading, animals and lots of laughter.
I offer clients rapid results, quickly & easily. You don't have to be in therapy for years. I have over 20 years experience, utilizing intuitive skills I can identify within 15 minutes the core patterns and emotions that block you. We will then develop with your feedback, a plan to shift your life to another level within 4-8 weeks.

Given rapid results my practice is primarily word of mouth referral. Standard therapy utilizes insurance. I work with Aetna only. If you desire the ability to make use of all the services in my office then I recommend private paying to obtain coaching, energy work, intuitive work, energetic shifts. 250 per session for all modalities. |
