My practice is based on helping adults and adolescents gain self awareness, insight into their problems, and coping skills and resiliency to live a more healthy and productive life. I use an eclectic approach that leans heavily toward client-centered and play therapy to address unresolved issues and or traumas that continue to manifest in adulthood. However, I use an individualized approach to address each client's needs. My specializations include working with adults that have new struggles, struggles from the past, adolescent issues, divorce, parent coaching on how to manage struggles children are or might be facing, and problems with adjustment. I am also a parenting coordinator for the Tulsa County Family Court Program and a member of the Tulsa County Quality Assurance Panel.
