Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts? Does worrying keep you up at night? Do you experience panic attacks at random or specific times? Do you worry ALL THE TIME? Do you find yourself always thinking about the worst thing that can happen? Are you pregnant or postpartum and struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, sadness or just not feeling like yourself post baby? Is stress, relationships, career a struggle for you? Do you want to learn how DBT skills and Mindfulness can assist in your daily life? Are you looking to make a big change in how you feel, behave and think? If you answered yes-- you came to the right place!!!
I am compassionate and empathic social worker and art therapist. I work well with adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias, trauma, and depression. I also adore helping pregnant and postpartum persons overcome perinatal anxiety, perinatal depression, OCD and just struggling with adjusting to new life with baby. Lastly, parenting is very tough and I can support.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma informed and in periantal mental health. I draw from my tool box to individually tailor treatment that fits your unique needs. I believe no one approach fits all but do pull from scientifically supported approaches.
I feel I can help you overcome stressors and battles. You deserve a different life full of fulfillment and joy. Together we build on strengths and engage in change oriented tools, specifically designed to fit your unique life.
