My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means I'm interested in helping you safely explore the ways in which your personal history, from early childhood onward, may still be influencing your emotions, coping patterns and relationships.
I'll help you tend to your feelings and memories so that you'll come to know yourself better and develop the capacity for compassionate self-care. Throughout our time together, I'll pay special attention to our therapeutic connection, as I believe our relationship can serve as a rich resource for your authentic recovery and well-being.
Depending on your needs and level of motivation, our work may be focused on a specific problem or it may be more expansive, touching on a variety of your personal concerns. My ultimate interest is in your emotional healing and growth, and I'm always honored to be part of that process.

My fee ranges from $135-$85, depending on what your budget will allow for weekly sessions. I keep my fees lower than you might expect given my years of experience so that therapy can remain affordable without the use of insurance. Although I'm out-of-network, most insurance plans will offer reimbursement for payments made to off-panel providers. |

Every 2 months I print out Reimbursement Requests that can be directly submitted to your insurance provider. Depending on the specifics of your plan and the scope of your deductible, you should receive reimbursement for 40%-90% of the fees you’ve paid. |
