Practice Description: |
 | I am currently offering Telemental Health services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in addition to office sessions. |
I’ve been providing mental health services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly in a variety of settings since 1995. I've counseled couples with marital issues, families with relationship issues, individuals with cognitive and/or emotional issues, parents with challenging children, and kids with behavioral issues at school and/or home. I've worked with different populations – such as victims of domestic violence, terminally ill patients and their families (through Hospice Care of California), and clients with physical challenges and chronic illnesses. I’ve worked for two different Orange County Mental Health contracted agencies and have provided counseling across cultures. I was also an adjunct professor at Vanguard University for 8+ years – teaching classes on 'Childhood & Adolescence,' 'Psychology of the Family,' and 'Adulthood & Aging.'
Providing mental health services has been both a privilege and my passion for many years now. If you're feeling overwhelmed and are trying to make sense of circumstances or relationships that seem to make 'no sense' at all, please call. I'd be happy to tell you more about how I can help.
