Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma recovery, better boundaries, and improved resilience - no matter what the cause - using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and more. In the short term, I want to make sure you've got some skills on board to start feeling better fast. From there, we can do a deeper dive into processing trauma so you can feel happy again. Does happiness and peace sound a long way off? It may not be as far-fetched as you think.
If you're a caregiver, please consider joining the caregiver processing group, held on Mondays with several times to choose from. In this online group, you have the ability to talk about what's good and what's brutal - and everything in between. You'll learn more about boundaries, self-care, anticipatory loss, family issues and more - all within a private, well-run online group of no more than 10 people at a time. Join us and share what's on your mind, or if you prefer, you can hang back, rest, and observe in a group of people who can empathize with your experience while you gather valuable takeaways. $45 per hour for group session. |

I do not work with insurance companies but I can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement. I also use a service that will submit the superbills on your behalf, available upon request. |
