Profession: Psychologist
Services: Psychotherapy/Counseling
Practice Description: The most important part of therapy is for us to develop an authentic relationship that allows for safety and support in exploring what is happening in your life. Our work would begin with a focus on your current pain and symptoms. Once that has started to resolve, it is important to understand why your distress occurred in the first place (to avoid a recurrence). This can be done by looking at the meaning of past experiences and relationships. I take an active approach (infused with humor) and strongly believe that you and I must work collaboratively towards healing and insight.

Therapy is tough work. The decision to start this work can be a difficult one that requires a lot of courage. Though therapy may not be an easy process, it is a journey worth taking in getting where you want to be in your life.
