Welcome! Are you suffering from the hurts of past emotional wounds that leave you feeling depressed and anxious inside? Have past therapies failed to provide you relief? If so, I want to help you feel like your old self again and find relief as soon as possible. Within the first session, I strive to help you identify the thoughts, patterns, and emotional factors that are keeping you stuck. With 25 years of experience, I have been helping people find resolution from their depression and anxiety, relationship struggles, past traumas, and self-defeating patterns.
I specialize in working with chronic anxiety and stress, depression, trauma, and I have a focus on treating those who struggle with persistent anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, and issues with closeness and feeling empowered. I also have extensive experience treating those suffering from the physical effects of stress, such as chronic pains, headaches, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, and pain in the back, neck, and joints.
If you are tired of feeling alone in dealing with your problems and are ready to improve your life, I would like to help. Please visit my website to learn more about me and my services. My office located in Dupont Circle.
