Counseling will help you make healthier choices, and gain emotional self-awareness about your communication and relationship patterns. Looking for a therapist is the first step to making positive changes in your life. I welcome individuals, couples, adults and teens from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of issues that life can present. Participating in counseling is a positive step in dealing with your symptoms. As uncomfortable as you probably feel, your symptoms are attempting to bring attention to an area of your life. I offer a free initial phone consultation. My fee is $160 per session paid by check , cash, credit card, or Venmo. I offer a sliding scale if needed. |

From 680 south take Monument exit. Turn right onto Monument and then left onto Contra Costa Blvd. Stay to the right to avoid going back onto the freeway and then turn right on Pleasant Valley Drive, which is the light after Astrid street. Turn right at the next light onto Oak Park Blvd. Turn into first driveway on your right before gas station. I am located on the second floor and entrance is on far right of the building.
