Practice Description: |
Life can be difficult and is often seemingly unfair. The most difficult part can feel like you are struggling through hardships and hidden wounds alone. At Building Blocks of Hope, together we can work through past and present difficulties to help create a more beautiful, meaningful tomorrow. Through therapy, you will be able to reclaim your identity, break free from emotional bondage, and live the kind of fulfilling life which is determined by your own dreams and desires. You do not have to do it alone.
It has been the highest honor and privilege to work so closely with many individuals who have struggled with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Addiction, negative thinking, relational difficulties and communication issues. By using a variety of techniques in a safe place, clients have been able to work through and overcome many challenges and difficulties which once had such oppression over them. It is my joy and passion to help others discover and create the kind of life they want to live.
