Our life experience as individuals impacts how we receive the world around us, and in turn, influences how the world receives us. There exists a unique relationship between who each of us is as a person and the moments that mount between birth and death. My intention is to gain an understanding of who you are, and the challenges that you and/or your relationship(s) face in order to build a trusting, healing relationship with you. I aim to provide a challenging space of empathetic support and non-judgmental understanding, encouraging personal growth through increased insight, and thus promoting a broader perspective as you approach solutions to the answers you are searching for.
Answers to our questions and solutions to our problems can be difficult to uncover at times, and the search is often more difficult when done alone. You have the answers within you; my job is to help you find them. Through relationship - not only the therapeutic relationship, but your relationship with the world, with yourself, and with the people in your life - avenues of healing, growth, and deepened personal understanding can be developed.
You have taken your first step toward initiating a new path. I am here to walk a few steps with you along the way, with the hope that you will take off running toward your own unique oasis of meaning, healing, and living.
