Practice Description: My overall aim is to offer warm, thoughtful, and caring support for you as you deal with whatever ups & downs and life transitions you are going through. And to assist you in developing deeper self-awareness and a more integrated way of being yourself, bringing greater life settlement and fulfillment. In addition to dealing with basic life requirements, we all need to nurture our personal uniqueness and life direction. These deeper elements are often overlooked in the rush and press of everyday life needs, sometimes leaving a person feeling empty, lost, alone or simply blank. Learning to tune into one's inner lives can bring relief. greater well-being, and renewed curiosity about living.

My background is in Transpersonal or Depth Psychology, which offers ways to explore both internally and externally. Also, I am trained in the use of Internal Family Systems, a compassionate and helpful approach. Learning to understand yourself better from inside-out helps renew and reinvigorate your life situation. Taking charge of one's life is about knowing oneself, having self-trust and respect, understanding and managing one's fears, letting go of the past, growing one's inner strength, confidence, and intactness. Development in these matters requires caring and compassionate support, as well as new strategies. I can help with both. My approach and practice offers a safe space for the emotional, cognitive, and spiritual experiences arising in response to challenges. I can help you explore the past with an eye to letting go of blockages; and also probe into what's next, opening to an unknown future. If you are feeling unsettled, alone, and like you've lost your way, if you are experiencing inner turmoil and/or outer conflict, if you are seeking to explore and understand aspects of your life afresh - any or all of the above! - do not hesitate to be in touch.
