Hi! Are you looking for help for yourself or for your teen/young adult child who is dealing with significant anxiety and doesn't know how to get past it. As a certified cognitive therapist (CBT), I specialize in helping people to better manage their anxiety and depressed mood so they can get on with doing what is important to them. Unlike many other therapists, I focus on using evidence-based strategies to help my clients cope with and to move beyond difficult thoughts and feelings that have been keeping them stuck.
In addition to my being certified as a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, I am an experienced therapist, having been licensed and practicing as a psychologist for over 20 years.
